The piece of jewelry will only be made for you with your order, so you have to expect a production and delivery time of approx. 2-3 weeks to be expected. We will keep the waiting time as short as possible for you. Even if you have selected UPS Express as the shipping method, the shipment can only be made after production has been completed. This means that UPS Express will speed up the delivery time after the product has been completed, but will not shorten the manufacturing time.
Personalized products are excluded from the exchange and return policy.

Please keep in mind: If you choose the Klarna payment method and the delivery date is after the 14-day payment period for your invoice, you should consider choosing another payment method or paying the amount to Klarna before receiving your goods.

Returns

You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. Products made especially for you and personalized products are excluded from the return. 

How does the return work?

  1. Please log in to your customer account and click on the product you wish to return, then select 'Return' and state the reason for the return. To the customer account login   
  2. We will check your return request and then send you the return label. 
  3. Print out the label, attach it to the parcel and hand it in to the parcel service provider.

The incurred return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Reimbursement of shipping costs

1. Defective or faulty goods

If your item is defective or faulty, you are of course entitled to a free replacement. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us in advance so that we can coordinate the return shipment together.

2. Revocation and return costs

If you wish to return a product for other reasons (e.g. because you do not like it or it does not meet your expectations), this is done within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In this case, you bear the return costs yourself in accordance with Section 357 (6) BGB.

3. Condition of the return shipment

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. A return is only possible if the item is unused or has not been tested beyond the usual extent. If a product is returned heavily worn or damaged and the damage was not already present on receipt, this may result in no refund or replacement delivery.

Packaging for return shipment

Please make sure that you send the jewelry back to us well packed and in the original packaging so that it arrives undamaged. Once the return package has reached us and we have made a quality check, you will be refunded the amount of your order. 

Please note that we only take back jewelry that has been returned to us in perfect condition, for example necklaces should be placed in the foam slots provided in the GAVERO casket, otherwise they will get caught in shipping and we will not be able to offer them for sale. Please also put the earrings back in the foam slots and cover them with the enclosed cloth bag, otherwise they may get scratched during shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
The processing of your return or exchange package may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return package.

    If your return policy has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended return policy, your return will automatically be sent back to you.

    If you have received a free item through a promotion, we ask you to return this item as soon as your order falls below the minimum purchase value due to a return.

    Stainless steel
